For anyone scanning for malware, it is a good idea to clean the temp files before hand. This will speed up the scanning process, and anything in those directories is useless. I recommend using CCleaner.

Just from looking at your desktop, I saw a video converter that was probably downloaded from an unreliable source. You should be careful about downloading stuff like that. Limewire, Frostwire, and other music downloading programs have viruses that will infect your computer.
