@customharpmics and @lublingua: They are Paul Davies and James Conway. Paul is on the left, James on the right. Paul was VP of SPAH with Douglas Tate. When Douglas Died, Paul became acting President but decided not to continue so called for new elections but remaining very much a part of SPAH. James has his own brilliant YouTube videos under JamesConway01. This seems to have been taken at a sound check/rehearsal. Just brilliant. AND pure fun.
