I made this not to long ago and didn't have any flour, so I replaced it with rice flour and YUM!!! It was delicious, everyone in my family loved this it so much that they were flying from the pan to the mouth.
I just finished eating the Pasanjeok I made with my own hands! and it was delicious!! :D Thank you Maangchi! the recipe is really good and my parents enjoyed it as well~
@Misssupershiny yes, either pork or chicken strips could be used.If you use pork or chicken, cook it first and skewer it onto skewer along with other vegetables before you pan-fry. Pork or chicken should be cooked thoroughly.
thangk you very much, in every birthdays of family members, chu-sok, lunar new year, celebrating days for ancestors, my mother made so many dishes almost the same to yours by herself, seeing your videos, i really came to miss my home. ^^ thank you. ^^
maangchi, i need help. plz plz help me. my bf's birthday is comming (1st jun). plz teach me how to cook the soup that korean always eat on their b.day. or plz at least give the name of some side dish come with it. plz plz plz plz... i love him and i want him to how much he means to me... (im not korean so i have no idea what the soup is like??)))
Yay one of my favourites! :) I'll have to make this next week, it's been way to long since last time I had it. I've never tried it with asparagus, but it sounds great since it's in season now :D
Made this and it was great. However the dipping sauce had too much vinegar in it. It needed some sweetness too it. I just added a little sugar, honey, and extra soy sauce to even it out.
I love your videos!! They are edited so well so it is interesting and all the dull bits are gone, plus you are so likable so it's easy to watch. Soon I will actually make the food and get to try these delicious looking recipes.
It looks really fantastic! The crispiness of the veggies and batter, the marinated and tender meat...yum! Would this be good for a picnic Maangchi, or would the batter get soggy? Thanks for posting! :D
i want this right now!! when i was young my mom made i think 1 or 2 times a yr.. and i use to eat the meat and crab meat only~~ im making this with asparagus~~ i love your idea!!! thank you~

Oh, you mentioned that one. Weird, we got a Korean language lesson.
As for the sauce, I sometimes add a bit of either sugar or rice wine, to make it semi-sweet.
