Hey Jeff, and everybody watching this comment. I do not wanna say much, other than "Thank you Jeff!" I've recently finished these 12-13 weeks. And my abs, obliques, pillars, and all that are showing. And what's even better is that I feel so much stronger. So when I thank you Jeff, I really mean it.
I've had a look at all 12 videos now I love the variety of exercises and look forward to trying them out! As a female whose had a child I have some scarring around my lower abdomen (particularly on one side) and the integrity of the skin is just not great I am having a hard time getting my lower abs to look taunt/supported (I don't need a 6-pack just want toned) so I really hope this works! I have regained my ab strength though.
I'm also 13, however I have 8 pack abs. My friends tell me this is dangerous. Do you agree with this and should I be toning my Oblique's for a 12 pack or should I wait?
@KillerZomba1 Sounds like you're doing a lot of cardio. That'll get your body lean and prepped for the muscles to come out - that being said, I twice a week isn't enough to get ripped. It's difficult to juggle school, working out, and a sport all at one time. You also need a good diet, which is like eating healthy foods every couple of hours or so. Some basic research can show you what foods are considered good for bulking up.
hey jeff, is it alright if i start at the end of the weeks and work my way back? i already had an ab routine going so i decided to jump in at week 10. Ive completed 10,11,12 and would like to continue to work my abs with more challenging routines, are the beginning weeks just as hard?
mann, hundreds of thanks!,,,,I had my 6 pack abs long time ago and then I lost them.....and now after working out for these 3 months, I got the 6 pack abs that I never had before.
The people that work at the gym tell me that you shouldnt go so low when you do the medicine ball exercise(withouth the medicine ball) --> because you will put pressure on your lower back...
@mootj3 thats right you should only go down about half way so it keeps the pressure on only ur abs (which is they key) and remember to keep your head facing forward as you also want little pressure on your neck! But yes if you go down all the way and try sitting back up you will find your lower back feeling painful!
This is a good little ab workout. Hitting it from all angles with good variety. I use the vastmuscle (.com) workouts and nutrition and have had similar results with a similar plan. Could not be happier.

@KillerZomba1 Yeah you'll be fine. If you want to bulk, you should focus more on working out than on cardio.
