Maybe its time to sue the Sheriff for false arrest. Sheriff is supposed to be the highest law enforcement officer on the land. He should be made to answer in a separate lawsuit. The Sheriff can tell the judge to take a hike if he wanted to- and he's supposed to if he has probable cause to believe Mr. Fine is being unlawfully confined by a corrupt judge.
