Their logic is: (Company's Inflated Claims of Gold Reserves In The Ground) divided by (Cheap Price of Stock) = Cheap Gold.

It clearly doesn't work that way. They also have a super-bullish / no conceivable downside attitude to gold that should make anyone wary.

IMO, that's not the same, in any way at all. Since people bought older jewelry at far less than current gold prices, there is an opportunity for both the seller & buyer to make some money. If people weren't taking gold that's been sitting on the sidelines & throwing it back into circulation, what would the gold price be today? Certainly higher, of course. Besides Cash4Gold is the opposite of people buying gold to offset inflation or benefit from a gold 'boom'. They're SELLING their gold.
