No, you don't need to be 16 to have an ID, at all ages you are able to get any form of ID. ID means identification which can come with a drivers license usually, military id which you can have way before you can get your drivers license. A school picture id is also a valid resource even though i doubt anyone would be carrying it around with them but all i'm saying is that cops are supposed to ask for identification always.

It goes like this to clear every thing up.... in jan 2005 i was skateboarding with a group of friends on usc's college campus. college police stopped us and gave us a trespass warning. then about 3 months later we were skateboarding in a totally different part of the city at this one place that we did not know a a building of the university. which is why i was arrested. legally there is no law against skateboarding. therefore they have to charge you with a totally different
charge in order to do anything. so i was charged with trespassing even though i was skateboarding, its not like i jumped a barb wire fence to do so. all we were simply doing is skateboarding somewhere. and not knowing it happened to be a building that i was on trespass notice for. i complied completely and didnt try to argue with the cop any. and didnt really care. i spent one night in jail and got out the next day with out having to pay a fine. me and the officer actually joke about this video
when we see each other a places... he has even told me he shouldve just let me go, but thinks its pretty funny i made him famous on youtube haha.. so if everybody could stop hating it would be nice or i will have to resolve to diasble comments. thanks and thanks for watching

ID means identification which can come with a drivers license usually, military id which you can have way before you can get your drivers license. A school picture id is also a valid resource even though i doubt anyone would be carrying it around with them but all i'm saying is that cops are supposed to ask for identification always.

All he's doing is fueling more hatred with skaters toward cops which one can only deduce that the title was intentionally misleading to get the effect he apparently wanted.

Maybe if you were to find a way of arranging a meeting between the two sides and find a common ground for discussions it might take a few years but eventually you could have a skatepark and I see absolutely nothing wrong with that.

charge in order to do anything. so i was charged with trespassing even though i was skateboarding, its not like i jumped a barb wire fence to do so. all we were simply doing is skateboarding somewhere. and not knowing it happened to be a building that i was on trespass notice for. i complied completely and didnt try to argue with the cop any. and didnt really care. i spent one night in jail and got out the next day with out having to pay a fine. me and the officer actually joke about this video

You may know what risk you take however you are under the age of 18, if your parents wanted to sue the land owner if you get hurt she is well in her rights to.
