i got my micre 4#3b last christmas and my freinds dad flew it around (he's had many gas helis) and of cource he crashed it. He ordered my new parts but it's never been the same since. its very difficly to stabalize & turn. Every time I take it off it goes out of control and crashes. Do you have any clue which parts from your website I should order to fix this. Regards X Wiidaniel0 X
first thing to do is to check the helicopter to make sure the shaft is not bent, if you replaced some parts, especially, the rotor head make sure the o-rings dampers were installed, the heli will not perform well without them, do this first, then visit my site for the upgrades to make it more stable and robust. Thank you.
Check out our web site, there are many upgrades we've made to tame these helis. Start with the MIA DeLuxe stabilizers, the MIA G10 frames also provide added stability due to nature of design...
Nose in hovering requires a bit of practice, you want the tail to be stable as possible. Our MIA Frames with predetermined new boom lengths allow for easier Nose In practice, they also provide a bit more stability which also helps.
this is true, performance is also dependent on pilot ability to control the model, but it helps greatly to start with a model that has very little mechanical play. A helicopter that has play in the control system will make it very difficult for first time pilots, this is were most first time pilot encounter problems and they blame the model or themeselves.
With the right parts and a little work in making those mechanical parts smooth and more precise any pilot is in a better position. Thanks for the comment.
The upgrades are very helpful for stability but I'm convinced that flight performance is very depending on the pilot's ability and needs a lot of practice. A beginner will still have problems to handle it well.
