If I played this game, the fact that the rings move when you loose them would so bother me. I'm watching playthroughs and even the site of them moving annoys as if I was actually playing. I wonder if it was intentionally made that way or is it the physics engine screwing up.

Wasn't the scepter of Darkness destroyed? Wasn't the whole reason Shadow went back in time was to seal in Mephelis? It's a freaking loop. It's like the blue Chaos Emerald dillema. The Scepter of Darkness was destroyed, so Shadow goes back in time and seals in Mephelis. So in present time the Scepter of Darkness was destroyed releasing Mephelis in the form of Shadow. Dammit SEGA!
