  • how old are you? one houndred?

  • @VideosDaytona half way.

  • I like the frame-rate and lighting, particularly when your hand moves above the paper.

It was nice to meet you at the farmer's market, and thanks so much for the card.

  • I could watch this video a hundred times, it's so relaxing :)

  • it's nice. you are a good artist. i like you.

  • eehh...... that look like clouds....

well i like that you explain good ^^

i dont need this tut but anyway :D

    G j man :D

  • artista, que eres un artistazo

  • i used that technique for an art project. got 100% :) it goes really well with landscapes and such

  • Don't you think it is like shaping in pencil sketching?

  • Shaping? im not an artist, but im okay with pencils. ._. that sounds odd.. ._."

  • Sorry, typo. I mean shading. Near the outline of our pencil line, we use lighter or darker tone to show the shape and shade of the object.

  • Which could also be called modelling. Shaping is also an appropriate term though, given that one is creating the illusion of something 3d on a 2d plane. So maybe it was a Freudian typo :)

  • looks more like clouds

  • Hallo. I draw since I was a child, and doing it is very pleasant. But I always find so nice seeing others doing it: it's so nice watching a subject growing step by step! It's magic

  • Dear Artist, I am almost 11 years old and I think that was amazing, wonderful and brilliant. The way you did the painting was with great texture. Anyway, I really enjoyed it. Thanks for the advice. Sincerely, Michael

  • I sometimes get this funny feeling in my stomach when I see people create something beautiful. I like the texture you make on the rocks after you have drawn the outlines, really nice work! I wish I could draw too. :(

  • Well, if you say so, then I will do a painting of my own place.

  • i love how you can hear birds chirping in the background and add to the painting of nature.

Have you ever considered painting a landscape of your back yard or a place in your neighborhood?

  • i like the art work. its so cool. i love asian paintings

  • you make it seem so easy

  • It's really nice but I see one thing that is a bit strange the third rock is more down than the one in the mid so now it looks like the second rock fly

  • I didn't notice it when painting. Thank you for letting me know.

  • its an old woman, dumbass

  • loll what an idiot

  • You are a bipple.

are you RETARDED?,,?? no' seriously.... a monkey would be able to tell that is an older woman.

Get off the internet RETARD and get back on the short yellow bus.

  • i couldent tell ....

  • They could be stormy clouds too!!

  • Very beautiful. Heheh, for rocks. Most people just draw circles or blobs, but you've given them an extra something.

  • thanck you kind women well done and remember the hole thanck you!

  • I adore this style of drawing with its simplicity that is able to show so much details without being a contradiction.

  • nice art well done

  • wow so beutiful! nice! how about a chinese flower next time?:P

  • Sure. Free style, Ok?

  • Wow! I wish I could paint that.:]

  • Hi all, I am Haiying. Thanks for your comments. I like to hear different idea. You make me to rethink and think broader. Thank you all. People who like this one, and people who do not like. I like you all. This is art. Different voice is encouraged and appreciated!!

  • Sorry about that stupid comment i posted, it was my bro that felt like running off with the keyboard, typing shit..

Great work! You have skills! Keep up the good work!

  • You're the only commentator ever to do that...

  • Seeing is believer. Speaking helps, nevertheless. Well, you get both. Thank you

  • wow thats impressive

  • Good vid

  • i like it

  • Excellent video! Please keep them coming!

And as for the comment about them being way too "jegged" to be found in Nature, I beg to differ. Perhaps you have never actually seen Nature... if you'd like to see photos of genuine jagged rocks, I can send them to you. ;)

  • well i mean, if those were large rocks, they would be impossible to find in such small clusters. they would have been rounded out and smoothed by the elements. if those were small tiny rocks, then that makes sense, but still out of place because its only a cluster of 3, also impossible to find. ivve done my research. and ive looked at many photos, none appear like her's. maybe she simply needs a surrounding to put them into context.

  • Thank you. I look forward to seeing all your videos.

I have just become a member and later I will show some of my Paintings. Regards

  • Hi i love your Paintings,I also do Chinese Brush Paintings

You paint just like my Malasyian Tutor who was taugth by a Chinese Master for many years where she had to paint Bamboo for 3 years and paint 100 chicks

  • Thank you.

Practice makes perfect. Different from other art media, Chinese painting emphasises on line work, or the skrokes. Through repetition, we find progress, we find enlightment.

  • Based on this one video (which I just now found, otherwise I would have been here much sooner), I think you would do very well with a painting show. You've voice is extremely soothing.

I love the wet look you added to the rocks. Made them really come alive.

I shall subscribe to you now. :-)
