i can't recall any assasination or planes flying into the dolly lama's place, or bombing plans of the rainbow bridge in china
so exchange of idea's and knowledge could have a blow-back but i do think it'd take more to stir up the hornets nest
e.g. huge monetary gains to be had, power vacuums to be filled, ignorant religious ideology of the mass', implementing the spread of political movements
well those are just blips in memory through the mind fog that kinda surfaced when hearing your talk
