may I suggest maybe dissing a hole and placing the waterwheel in it to lower it...create faster stream.also remove some of the blocks.the more a slope it got the faster the water will run. If dug a hole to place wheel in it would help make grade even lower.just an idea.great vid

Bigger pulley on the wheel will increase the rpm on the gen.

Play with your pulleys a little. You may get more power.

that's really cool. I am trying to build a waterwheel at the moment with the same volume of water.

Make the pipe smaller at the end so it jets out instead of pours.
