They are clusters of chemicals which in this video you can see very clearly. You can also put on a pair of sun glasses and look up at the sky. Watch closley when the "clouds" pass by the sun. You can see these strange colors like in this video. Its like if you sprinkle oil drops in a pudle of water, you can see the "rainbow" colors.

I see the chemtrails being sprayed on us every day. Your video is wild! We haven't seen a rainbow in the sky yet, but we've seen the criss crossing patterns, the black beam in front of the planes dumping the chemtrails, extremely low flying planes that couldn't possibly produce a "contrail" (they only occur around 30,000 ft!) that leave behind huge chemtrails in their wake that turn the entire sky white with wispy clouds. Contrails disappear, chemtrails do not. They linger in the sky.

It's called iridescence and is most common in altocumulus clouds such as the ones in the video. It's easier to see the effect if you look at the suns reflection in a windshield or a window.

This is NOT Haarp at all!
The clouds in that sphere are made from ice crystals, which, when the sun shines through, has the prish effect.
It's basicly the same thing like rainbow.
