The project is on-going, that's for sure! It may be postponed, of course, as are many projects. But the construction shall start in 2009 and the building will rise until mid 2010.

Beware! This is just an approximate illustration of the eventual Tower's design. It will in fact have a fishnet facade up to 200 meters!
