you do not know these "aojiru"green juice are fake.you know why?aojiru was invented by dr.endo niro in 1943.he experimented over 50 thousands people from 1943 to 1991.1997 he died at 98.he sacrificed his life for them who were healed from diseases.he helped them for free.but it was homemade organic green juice, not kale juices made by moneymaking companies.it was not kale.in fact.it was a hybrid between portugal kale and collard.few know this fact in japan.so japanese do not know what kales are.
I bought mine at Don Quixote. I'm actually not in Honolulu at the moment, but iill probably move back next year. Oh, and don't make the aojiru too hot when you mix it, or it might affect the nutrients :-) thanks for watching and commenting, even though it's a pretty old video. I need to make more, but I think I might change my whole channel -- haven't decided yet.
I bought the yakult brand Aoijiru from a Japanese store for $39.99 for 30pk. I've tried it cold and hot. My verdict? Drink it with hot water in the morning! It taste good(creamy and tasty)
I wanna thank you for making the only video on youtube explaining aojiru! :) I was wondering about it and this was very helpful I am compelled to try it out!
Just found out about the aojiru and I cant wait to try it. However, I can't drink milk, but do you have any other suggestions to alleviate the harsh taste.
I drink it with a light vanilla soy milk. The sucralose (Splenda) in it definitely helps... if you use a regular vanilla soy milk it tends to be a lot thicker, so Light works best in my opinion. Some people put it in yogurt, but honestly, I can't prolong it. I use maybe 1/4 Cup light vanilla soy milk per packet, mix and drink it in one gulp.
I prefer it with plain water. Mixing it with milk of any kind make it looks like puke.
I don't feel the different drinking this stuff. However, I kinda like the taste of it. Similar to green tea in a way. But drink it right away after mixing it though. If you leave it for awhile, it will smell bad. I think it might have oxidation (growing), so it creates smell.
Haha I didn't have the same experience. I guess my digestive tract worked efficiently to begin with. But the vitamins are always a good thing to have...
I can't drink the ones with preservatives because they're salty, to me. (I'm a bit hypersensitive) But I find that mixing with a sweet soy milk is the easiest and most enjoyable way to incorporate it into every day.

Well...
I'm just the other way around.

I just started drinking Aojiru also. I don't mind the taste and judging by my trips to the bathroom I think it is cleaning out my system.
