No this is definitely a C. For an A+ you need so much more content and so much more fluency. I could do better than this with no prep and I suck at French haha.

She did not deserve a C ! Her french is good: she has a proper vocabulary and answers very coherently. The only bad point is her lack of fluency caused by the stress ... I'd owe her a B+ lol

le seule problemes est le rythme d'expression.
c'est trop " mot a mot "
mais c'est largement assez pour se faire comprendre par les francais

You could easily use other tenses in the last question;
- Last week, I went to the recycle bank to recycle paper
- Next year, I will try to turn of the lights in my house
- When I am older, I will (should) drive a car good for the environment
- When I was little, I did not understand much about the environment.
There are some examples of Past, Future, Future Conditional, and Imperfect.
