I saw old videos of Austin, Texas and most of those people back then didn't care much for making over $800,000. Some were content because of how small the city was. Now, these people come in just like I did and overload it and people are building shit load of apartments, lofts, businesses, malls, etc. So basically, Austin became materialistic.
