Planet editor (in game) is the UFO's bonuses. The one not in game is a generator and you can fiddle. Never heard of a 'plant' editor. The building editor is definitely in, don't worry it's in. But plants? I'm curious now.

I heard they were pushing a plant editor too, and it was a given along with the sea stage, or however they called it. A plant editor doesn't seem too hard to implement, given what they've done so far, so I guess they'll put it in an expansion.

there was a Fora Editor "plants" but i think they still have it in idk cuz at first they said that they had about 18 different editors but at the Comic-Con '08 One-on-One w/ Will Wright they kept saying about 10 so idk now

No, there isn't - strictly speaking - a planet editor, but you can modify planets while in UFO mode.

there is but its currently only available to staff. the UFO is our more fun version. We just aren't available to the planet auto-generator like they are. we get the planets we're given.

also, the quality of the movie makes it hard to see any details, its even hard to tell what the back-side look like.

It would be nice to find a high-quality picture on this ship, but im not sure it is as good as some might think.

I'm far more impressed with some of the other creatons.

I agree with what you say, but I also like the video because it lets us see what would be possible in Spore. At first I thought ships were kidna small and then I saw this and I was like "WOAH WTF!? YES!!!!"

I agree with you partially, but I think the reason everyone likes it is because it has a more serious look than the other ships and vehicles we've seen before. Until this video all I've seen are overly cartoony ships, which is fine, but this one is an interesting change of pace. It just shows the wide range of possibilities within these editors.

Nigelxp1 please listen that website is a hell hole. Good users such as Roboraptor are banned because of a furry/racist user. Other users have their name changed, and posts edited if they go against the view of the admin. That website does not deserve to hold spore players. Dont go there for your Spore needs when you get the game. Maybe the admin would learn from the amount of boycotting, and change for the better.
