Telepathy works, probably for all if they gave it a try. You have to block out all noise around you, so the best time to try it is at night before you sleep or right after you wake up. Clear out all noise and all thoughts and don't force anything. There are people on the other side all the time that would love to communicate if people gave it a chance.

Eat a clean diet. stay away from foods that contain excitotoxins and fluoride. Plant based diet for a few days before session.
