Yes... This is a PC! Why to buy i7 and GTX295 or something like this for BIG $ if you can play todays games on maximum with solid framerate? I think guys with i7 has rich mamas xD

I also think like this... When I am not recording my fps is 13 ~ 20 fps bigger than the video fps... Why do I need more?

Both, yes, probably. Without Sli, neither one of them will. The HD4890 is the current best single-gpu card from ATi. You'd need either an GTX280 or GTX295 to beat it (although the GTX280 doesn't beat it by miles away, which the GTX295 does but the difference is more then double the money)
