Justus is actually Tracy, Alan and Jimmy Lee's nephew. His father is their half brother. Jimmy Lee's birth name was Eric Quartermaine but he was adopted by the Holts.
Yank was a doctor that appeared prominently in the Asian Quarter storyline in 1985. It's the storyline that introduced Robin as Anna and Robert's daughter. The Asian mob was oppressing the people in the Asian quarter and Yank and his grandfather, the Ancient One (played by Keye Luke) had plans to free their people from the slave wages they were being paid. The mob had other ideas. It's actually a very good storyline. Tia Carere played Jade, Yank's girlfriend and daughter of the mob boss.
maybe the reason she didn't grieve as much this last time is because it was sorta expected. heart attack and all.But then again they did have a 30yr Anniversary coming up so go figure.
Well, the reason we didn't see Monica grieving wasn't because she wasn't...it was because GH doesn't like the vets. Instead of showing us a grieving widow, they just mothballed her. Leslie and Stuart deserved better treatment than that.
The writers and producer have no clue on how to connect their new vision of GH with years of important story that was established before they came aboard. Their attempts to bring vets back have proven that - from the disastrous Rick Webber return to Heather's, Robert and Anna's, Holly's and Noah's. They have no clue what GH used to be. Unfortunately, long-time viewers do, and this is the gap between viewers and the show we see today. There's no emotional connection anymore.
Yank is a cutie! I like how he takes control and settles Monica down. "I grieve for Alan"....great emotional expression...too bad we didn't see Monica grieve for Alan this time around (thanks to TPTB). :(
Jimmy Lee went into Anna's office! Is Jimmy Lee drunk still? :) Yank is so sweet! :)

Jimmy Lee was Alan's brother? I never heard about him in 90's. I always thought it was Tracy and Alan..and then Justus.

Too right! The new writers need to take notes on how to write a grieving woman. I'm glad they are showing her more now though.
