Bank of America sucks. WHEN I use to bank with them they would improperly charge me over draft fees on a fairly consistent basis. Every time I called I got the run around, guidelines and rules seemingly would change depending on who I was speaking with. They lost me and many others due to their practices, add this latest lending problem and hopefully they go out of business in the least destructive way possible.

I hope BofA goes down in flames. They have recieved 45 billion from the bailout and still want more? Had account with them for 20 years, was a victim of fraud, they closed my account with no warning, stating I was a high risk! After 20 years, never a problem,one incident, which was out of my control and thats it, account closed. A horrible financial institution. You would be safer keeping your money in a sock!
