  • it sounds pretty much the same except for maybe a trumpet verse added in but its good

  • I think Paul did justice to George's singing. The emotion in his voice is felt better in this version.

  • Hey, let's all get naked!

  • Whats the wall of sound?

  • @stormshot119 It's a music production technique, that Phil Spector used on the Let It Be album, for "a fuller sound", by doing a lot of post-production work on the songs, adding a lot of instruments. Since McCartney didn't like Spector's work, he released this album, Let It Be... Naked, in which he removed the "wall of sound".

  • @Pommejaune78 Who did the original production? The Beatles themselves or George Martin?

I know George Martin did some work on the album, but I'm just not exactly what he produced.

  • how could spector have denied the version that the beatles wanted? what in hell was he thinking ? ten million times better and clearer. :D go georgie!

  • Sounds fine, but I actually like the wall of sound. This one is much better quality though...Spector's version sounds very muddy.

  • @bernlin2000 Couldn't agree more! George Harrison always had delicate vocals, and some of his vocals sound better on the Anthology albums too. Too much background noise muffled his voice.

  • Aye-Aye Me-Me MINE!

  • The original one have 33 "dislikes".

    Eat this Phill.

  • Fuck this is good

  • Ringo grooves his ass off on this. With all the classic Ringo fills!! I dig this song.Yeah George!

  • WAY better without the orchestra! This version rules!

  • "0 dislikes" why I'm not surprise?

  • check out my guitar cover for I Me Mine

  • TEAR DOWN THE WALL! (of Sound)

  • Bring that "Wall of Sound" DOWN!

  • Is the only song of Let It Be that I prefer with Spector arrangiaments!

  • @BohemianAnt Indeed, this song has something special with all those arrangments, although this version sounds way cleaner and natural.

  • @Mrchugchug3 John actually defended Spector's work, saying, "He was given the shittiest load of badly recorded shit with a lousy feeling to it ever, and he made something of it."

  • I agree, Spector ruined Let it Be! Let it Be Naked is the way the beatles wanted it to sound.

  • @habsman1 Not how the beatles wanted it too sound. It was how PAUL wanted it sound. Mind you this shit came out in 03

  • @Kegz That may be so, but i was refering to it being the beatles on the tracks alone without spectors mumbo jumbo ruining the quality of how it should have sounded ......just the 4 of them with their instrements making music the only way they could....unmatchable!

  • @Kegz Yeah, but Paul had the idea from before George died and George agreed with him.

  • fucking phil spector and his dumb fucking sence of music and his misplacement of violins in "the long and winding road" and his dumb fucking hair...

  • i heard the chord at the beginning, my heart skipped a beat, and i just closed my eyes and kept listening

  • wow way better fuck you phil spector

  • PHIL SPECTOR HASN'T PRODUCED A GOOD RECORD SINCE "BE MY BABY"

  • PHIL SPECTOR FROM THE TOP TEN TO THE PEN

  • What about "Kum Back?" and the original 1 or so minute take of "I Me Mine" featured on "The Beatles Audio Anthology 3? So, just looking at the length featured here, this looks to me like the length of that horrible "joke" of one or all of those Phil Spector overdubs. Spector should have stuck to the Righteous Brothers,The Supremes,et al.

  • this is the version on the beatles rock band

personally i like the orchestral background but its still awesome song

  • @AbsoluteBrawl3r no clue pal! no rock band at all! this is a remix that Paul&George Martin made to fix what Phil Spector have done with their album

  • @AbsoluteBrawl3r I agree with you

  • @DinoDude65

this is unremixed in some way :)

  • Hate to disagree with John, but I like Let It Be...Naked better then Let It Be, because these are the original songs as The Beatles intended them, and it sounds better. :P

  • NAKED!!

  • The only thing I hate about the original is the quality...it was recorded live and sounds terrible!!

  • @MrAndrewjs sorry dude...not recorded live....done at abbey road...harrison,paul and ringo...jan. 1970....last time they were in the studio...

  • I prefer this one over Spector's, I found that the orchestration's ruined the song for me.

  • I don't like this version. I like the Spector one :P

  • muy buen sonido el naked!
