The Kenya Birth Certificate has an infant 'foot-print' on it. This may or may not be BHO's footprint. Foot-prints, like hand and fingerprints, hardly change at all. If the new-born print matches the adult BHO footprint, Then it's a 'Case Proven' scenarion. Some states have laws prohibiting them from simply releasing the long form to whoever requests it. But that is irrelevent - the COLB is sufficient, and the DOH has the original.

Orly is a nutcase. Gary Kreep on the other hand seems to be a decent attorney who is bringing merits to the court room. I am sure that President Obama is a legally and constitutionally appointed President. but I still like to say that Mr. Kreep is atleast a realistic attorney who seems to understand law.

This birther movement is gaining quite the following now as people are gathering more and more to support this arguement. It just will not die and not that Judge has gone and made it look even worse. The big question in my mind is who got to him?? He should have let it go forward and then Obama could have cleared the whole thing up with one single piece of paper. He sure looks bad now.

We have laws in this country. A judge can't just "let it go foward" if a plaintiff doesn't have a legal right to sue, any more than a judge can ignore someone's right to a jury, presumption of innocence, or any other Constitutional right. The judge looks bad only in the eyes of those who don't know the law. No one got to this judge, and the only people that have been harassing him, trying to influence his decisions are the birthers. He has shown great patience for Orly's shenaningans.

I have official US National archive microfilm from the Nuremberg trials. You cant get more first hand than the Nazi documents and registry books from the actual camps,signed by the Nazi executioners themselves I happen to be a full time professional researcher, investigator and author. Any discrepancy in numbers does not negate that the holocaust didnt happen, it did. I also have the testimonies of many friends now departed that survived these camps.

She was admitted to the bar on 3 December 2002, less than 7 years ago.
She also claims the US Attorneys demanded to be served on 13 July. The official courtroom transcript shows the US attorneys were relucant to accept service and did so only by request of the judge.
And that's just two of her lies.
