  • San Juan Nuevo - the statue of Sr. de los Milagros...he had been in Paricutin when the volcano came and was going to cover the church. So, the church took the Saint all over near by town in Michoacan to find a place for him to reside. They choose San Juan Nuevo. When you ask the Saint for a favor and it is conceded, you make a promise to go to the church and enter dancing. Three steps forward two steps back all the way up the aisle. It is very moving to watch this happen. Gracias Señor!
