To get the other action bars you have to go to game options then action bars and select the ones you want.

The best way to do the G.N.E.R.D Rage achievement is to simply join a battle in Wintergrasp and just stand there. With the G.N.E.R.D buff ofc. I got it in 3 minutes, quite simple. ;)
