According to the republican plan, next time I don't think I can pay my bills, I'm going to run an ad in the paper saying that I don't think I can pay my bills instead of borrowing money from a friend. @Vwassel Thank goodness for Rick Scott. We went from 3.5 billion dollar deficit to a 1.2 billion dollar surplus. Florida has had it's bond rating upgraded to AAA and created more jobs than the rest of the country combined, last month.
