  • On Sunday 16th August, 2009, I flew with TAP from Lisbon. My bag arrived at Heathrow in such a bad state that staff had to put a belt round it. An entire side of the suitcase had been ripped off. How on earth did they manage that? I will not be flying TAP again - even if they paid me!

  • @SuperMephistopheles You can fly with TAP Portugal as many as you like. It's not by not flying that you will have the problem solved with your luggage. The company that does the handling to TAP Portugal is Groundforce. They are the responsible ones. Just for example Groundforce does the handling of British Airways, Air France, Klm, and many, many others.

  • Pois mas isso das malas é groundforce. A companhia handling que assiste a tap. Esses sim, têm mt k mudar.

  • Epa pessoal pelo o que vi, desde que tenho trabalhado na placa do aeroporto de lisboa, os atrasos devem-se muito mais devido a problemas originados pelos servicos de handling do que pela companhia em si.

  • E nao se esquecam tb das regras de segurança...muitas pessoas esquecem-se delas...e uma delas e que esta sempre a acontecer ´e que nenhuma bagagem pode seguir sem o seu proprietario...logo quando alguem falta a porta de embarque ou esta atrasado acontece o que ninguem gosta...toca a abrir o aviao tirar ulds procurar bagagem repor ulds fechar aviao....logo atrasos...

  • Eu tinha um voo Lisboa-Faro mas foi cancelado e so me arranjaram bilhete para um voo 4 horas depois. a minha bagagem foi no voo das 3 e eu fui no voo das 7. Quando cheguei a Faro encontrei as minhas malas nos perdidos e achados. A senhora responsavel disse que vieram num voo mais cedo.

    Isso é normal?

  • @qwerasdqwer Normalmente quando um voo é cancelado, nem o passageiro vai, nem a bagagem vai. O que pode ter acontecido, é ter havido outro veio pelo meio, que poderia estar cheio - daí só lhe terem dado lugar num voo mais tardio - e a sua bagagem ter seguido nesse voo intermédio. São malas às centenas para voos com o mesmo destino e com vários horários por dia. Mas chegou é o que interessa. Infelizmente já tive a bagagem perdida uma vez, e demorou duas semanas e meia. CAOS.

  • @dsayan Sim. Um dos maiores responsáveis pelos atrasos nos aviões, e que quase ninguém sabe, são os passageiros em FALTA à porta de embarque. Ora, por medidas de segurança, há que procurar a sua bagagem quase no final do embarque, e retirá-la pois a bagagem em casos NORMAIS acompanha sempre o passageiro. Por isso, evitem chegar tarde às portas de embarque. Respeitem os horários, venham mais cedo. ;)

  • Infelizmente as fardas são muito bonitas de se ver. Pena as regalias irem todas para a tripulação e não para os trabalhadores em terra, que são esses que apanham frio, calor, chuva, e todas e quaisquer condições climatéricas na chuva. Ex: Porque é negado ao pessoal de terra o sobretudo??? E as botas?? Porque são negadas agora a quem é temporário?? Quando todos se sujam de lama e encharcam os pés todos... Não sei onde ficou a justiça. Nem tudo o que parece... É.

  • For what I've noticed till now, Tap's workers are not using this new uniforms. I flew a few times - from Madrid to Lisbon and Lisbon to Madrid - in the last months (because I made ERASMUS) and I didn't see them using these uniforms, not even once. But I think they must be changing everybody's uniforms so that they can start using them. I don't know... Not even a clue... But the new uniforms are trully awesone :D

  • So tell me what you think about politeness. There are lots of companies that aren't as good as you think. Their cabine crew is really unpolite and rude. I always fly with TAP and I never had complaints :X

  • I agree with Nuno Paixão. Altought TAP was in the needing of creat new uniforms, the most important for the airline is to teach politeness to their cabin crew.

    Everybody knows that TAP's Flight Attendants are the worst staff in the aviation world; unpolite, unfriendly, and unprofessional.

  • First of all you tell me were do you find a Cabin Crew that goes round the world and back to please all passangers, no matter what. And even if you were unfortunate enough to find a bad FA (I really doubt that all the Cabin Crew was as bad as you are trying to say) you cannot, as said before, take the part for the whole. It is your opinion, but I'm sure that it will change the next you fly TAP, an airline where safety comes first, in order to provide the best flying conditions to all PAX.
