They verbally and physically abused him, not to mention racially abusing him. I also don't believe it comes down to being weak or strong. She was interrogated under duress for 50 hours over the course of a week with minimal sleep in the wake of a very distressing situation, all this can't be denied.

One of the lead investigators from the FBI reviewed the evidence and said not only was it unlikely she did it, but that according to THE EVIDENCE there was "no way she could have" - Pick up a book on the subject, or do even an hours worth of research, and it's obvious she was innocent. People just wanted somebody to blame, and villifying the foreigner is easy, especially in today's anti-American society... oh and PS, I'm not American, so that's not bias, just logic.

The Italian police did a terrible job investigating this murder, dropping evidence, passing evidence to one another, using the same tweezers, cross-contaminating everything at the crime scene, not changing gloves and not wearing caps to cover their hair. The prosecution built up a case based on circumstantial evidence, which should have been dismissed as soon as hard DNA evidence pointed to Rudy Guede. A terrible miscarriage of justice

They verbally and physically abused him, not to mention racially abusing him. I also don't believe it comes down to being weak or strong. She was interrogated under duress for 50 hours over the course of a week with minimal sleep in the wake of a very distressing situation, all this can't be denied.

@lotorobly And you can talk about DNA all you want, but the only DNA they had linking her to the scene was a) in her own bathroom (no kidding her DNA would be there) and b) on a knife that didn't even match the wounds on the body, that came from her bf's house (again, of course it was going to be there) that had such a small trace of the victims DNA on it, it's considered legally inadmissable in most countries because it could easily be cross-contamination, but since it was all they had on her..

When said FBI investigator says flat out not only was there no way she should be convicted, but no concievable way she COULD HAVE done it, and gives exact reasoning why, I'd say that holds a lot more weight than an obviously biased book written by a third party with no investigatory experience or credentials.

One of the lead investigators from the FBI reviewed the evidence and said not only was it unlikely she did it, but that according to THE EVIDENCE there was "no way she could have" - Pick up a book on the subject, or do even an hours worth of research, and it's obvious she was innocent. AK is innocent. OK. But I wonder whether a non-American would stand same chance in her state where death penalty is still effective? Will Knox family now campaign against death penalty who doesn't give innocent people a second chance? Probably not seeing how she easily wrongly accused Patrick Lumumba who was fortunately cleared thanks to a solid alibi after spending 2 weeks in custody.
