It's a Shedinja. And ya, it only has 1 HP because it has the ability Wonder Guard which enables it to only be hit by super effective moves and weather/field effects.

Toxic Spikes

Stealth Rock

Sandstorm

If your opponent has any one of these, you're a pokemon down before its even sent out. Sure you can sash it, that gives you one turn to attack.

It's an old trick, just a new version. It only takes out one poke normally....unless the poke has leftovers/doesn't hit it to 1. More of gimmick than anything else, it's supposed to be lvl 1 but nobody does Free Battle.
