Okay now from a Domino's employee's perspective. I can 100% guarantee to you that all of our pizza dough is never frozen and we do toss all our "Hand-Tossed" Pizza by hand.

But, cut table would always lose my orders, and no one would restock or take my pans to the wash. Also no one would restock my ingredients so i had to everything myself. Also, sometimes the dickheads wouldn't thaw out any of the thin crust pizzas and it fucking blew.
Wow I like domino's pizza, but the people are such assholes. They make fun of pizza hut because they say handtossed style. They definitely use their hands, I've seen them make it. And then they compare they're fatty OVEN BAKED sandwiches to domino'a FRESH BREAD sandwiches. These people are idiots, they're oven baked sandwiches suck.
If you work for dominos. they give you an orientation at a training facility, which is a store with a extra room, you do nothing but paper work, study and take your health card test. if you pass then u get your uniform.
then they schedule u for a training week, which includes, prepping, making pizas, phones and then they send you with a driver for deliveries.
I know this sucks but you'll see the difference.

at Pizza shit (HUT), you get oriented and trained, at the store where you are going to be working. and if you get hired as a driver, that all you do; well that and sweep and mop and answer phones and do dishes, if you are a closing driver.
you dont help the prep or the pizza maker, unless the manager is to lazy to get off his ass and help.
I very much doubt that Dominos pizza is routinely hand tossed. That's a skill which takes a long time to master, not something which can be taught in a day's basic training to people who are earning minimum wage. This reminds me of the Papa Johns vs Pizza Hut "what does fresh mean" debacle.
It actually only takes a few days to get good at it... "Tossing" a pizza doesn't actually refer to throwing up into the air if that's what you're thinking
you know what im a waitress at pizza hut and when we got the "new" handtossed style pizza i couldnt tell the difference between the new and the old one. i even asked the RGM whats so new and improved about it and they couldnt answer me...O_O it tastes the same and is made the same way...
Fuck pizza hut. I work there and if I have to answer the goddamm phone, I purposely botch the orders and act like a sped and recommend people go to a local REAL pizza joint. " go to papa murphys, you'll spend alot less money and you can watch them start the dough and everything." The pan shit is even worse. I wonder how many heart attacks I've induced this year
