Well then again the titans may not be a bad thing. I've played RTS and I've used one of 2 strategies, mass army=late game offensive or brute force, where I make a small army and attack when another player has low defenses. So it's in all matter your playing style

Here's a good tip, when playing something other than deathmatch, keep getting villagers, until about 20, and have them all on the three resources.

good luck with one person agreeing it depends on your play style but feel free to try whoever you want. I tend to use Loki Isis or set any greek guy and any atlantean except gaia but yeah mix it up try whoever you want find the god that complements your style
