Lalettan is a complete actor but jagathy can only do comedy and few other roles... I think u have never seen most films of LAL.

Started seeing movies regularly since 1971; but I have not seen ALL of Lal's or Jagathy's movies. However I have seen ~95% of Lal's movies and certainly all the ones you have mentioned.

Jagathy, Mukesh,Lal, Sreeni, Innocent are all supremely talented actors with fabulous comic timing; but in my opinion Jagathy is better than Lal. I guess we all have a right to express our opinions and certainly that opinion is not going to change by watching all the movies that Lal or Jagathy has acted!!!
