lol... I was amased at first... until i saw the motion capture of the guys running... Anyway, if the 3D engine looks fine, the concept in itself looks a bit idiotic: The spatial station we saw at the begening doesn't exist, so we can accept the axiom this is science fiction... But then, if it's going to be sci-fi why does the world the guys are is so gloomy? Why not show a fantastic scene? A view on Jupiter from Europe sat? Saturn from Titan? Not a simulator anymore, a fantasy gone half way.
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhuuuuuuuuuuuuuUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuuu snake snaaaaaaake snaaaaaayyyyyyyk
@Dkpro 25k is not a lot for a game - at all, infact it's ridiculously low, to put it into context, EA spent $100,000,000 on marketing Battlefield 3 NOTE - That does NOT include development costs, only the advertising of the game, this game doesn't even have 1% of that in it's development costs, another good example, World of Warcraft, in 2009 had spent $200,000,000 in the development of WoW since 2004.
I think the point of this, which some people are missing, is that's it's less fi and more sci. Supposed to be an accurate depiction of the future of mankind in space, I think it would be fun.
We were going uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu on the Moon.
It is soon time to do it on Mars.
