  • Very nice setup

  • Dos anyone know if keeping a fantail goldfish and 5 zebra danios is ok in a 21 gallon tank?

  • @2epicpanda

No, Zebra Danios require a different temperatures than the Fantails do.

  • Gorgeous Goldie's

  • What that piano tune called.? I heard many time but can't recon.! Pls let me know.

  • Very nice tank! I just got a black moor goldfish and I would also like to make it as happy as possible.. Right now I have it in my 10G tank (which is set at 80 F), but I also have a 100G pond outside which is usually at low 70's, where do you think its best to have it? which temp its best for them?

  • Hey there, i really love your fishes, They're beautiful, but if you don't mind me asking..How do you keep them healthy in a very big tank...My fishes constantly face scale infections that effects me dearly...Washing the tanks does'nt help at all and I'd really wish to keep them with me for years to come..Plus me tank does'nt even take up have the size of my drawing table...It's so sad to see them like that..Sorry for the trouble..

  • By far this is the most amazing goldfish tank I have seen...great job

  • Please visit my channel I am new to youtube :)

  • What a bug tank and guess what when I grow up I am going to gave a big tank for one bata fish

  • My goldfish keeps getting fatter and fatter every day. I'm afraid he's soon going to explode

  • Almost spoiled...

  • wow! your fish are lucky to have you :)

  • Can you tell me a good website with to order veiltails, ryukin, or fantails? Hopefully one that doesn't cost $100 or more? Thanks, and awesome fish!

  • YAY!!! happy fishies!!! 

  • I love it! Very nice job.

  • what is the height and what is your lighting system with how many watts .i like tall tank s

  • Amazing tank. It is very nice to see someone who takes proper care of the fish that are in their keeping. It is pretty rare to see. Goldfish and bettas seem to be two of the most openly abused species in the hobby. Which is incredibly sad because they belong up there with most interesting.

  • put more fish in your tank!! please.

  • So spoiled! :) But they're all very cute fishies.

  • I have some golden mystery snails who's shell have got some corrosion build up on them. I really don't know what it is. when I bought them they were shinny and bright yellow. Now they're a dingy color. How do I fix this? Also I have 2 common goldfish that are 5 years old. On one the scales have seen to come off. Not recent but from a long time ago when other fish I had picked on her. Is there anyway they will heal? Thanks for your time.

  • @jaredultimatum Hi the snails tank your aquarium water and put it in a bowl or something and wipe there shell with a clean washcloth and the fish they should grow back on there own.

  • You must be a very proud fish owner. They are definatley spoilt rotten! I have my comet and an oranda in a 30 gal tank after saving them from a tiny bowl. I can see they are so much happier now with all the space, filtered water etc. It makes me happy knowing there are fish owners like you out there

  • u shoud get more fish

  • What kind of goldfish are they??

  • that is sooooooo not a waste of space that is perfect for them and they are spoiled fish lol good job of taking care of them

  • I think you are a wondafull person for this

  • ϵ( 'Θ' )϶

  • amazing tank terrible fish.

  • @wildorange10 You probaly know nothing about fish.

  • whats 'the name of the song?

  • It's been 4 years since you posted this video. Do you still have all of these fish? How big are they now?

  • You should add decorations like bubble treasure chest and a castle or a place for your fish to hide

  • i love that song ! i can play it on piano! :):):)

  • Wonderful!

  • hay u should add some turtles and rays i that. tw how much did u buy the tank for and how much

  • lol.....u need a bigger tank....lol *sarcasm

  • Finally someone who keeps his fishes properly! God bless you!

  • That's inspiring lovely indeed

  • tell tanks a boring width ones are better

    lol

  • API Nexx Aquarium Filter and the API Nexx Aquarium Extension Filter Just Released

  • Beautiful!

  • Oh, sorry - I missed the part that you have great knowledge already.

That's very true, Quality and not Quantity. And when comes to goldfish particularly, you have to deal with their special illness (bacterial infections) when one keep introducing new fish.

  • Very nice aquarium you got there. It's amazing to see them swim for awhile from bottom to top - that's the beauty of goldfish - the way they swims among others. And long-tail ryukins can swim. Although, goldfish are made for shallow waters, but some can do with deep waters (training). If you ever need more info on goldfish, visit (goldfishconnection -website) - they have great medicated foods, treats, goldfish auctions, and.... Post more vids.

  • wonder how much these are

  • @TheBettalover123 The fish or the tank?

  • @magscat3161 the tank

  • @magscat3161 i know u r refraining from talking to me but listen i took your advise i got rid of many goldfish i now only have 6 and a clown loach monthly water changes and my tank is beautiful.

  • @mikeydude319

what tempreture is your water at?

  • @McMaKeRs 72 ish but now i have a rubber lip pleco and 6 goldfish and a feeder and one fancy and feeder fish are going to my moms friend she has a pond for them to have a very happy life!!!! =)

  • @mikeydude319 Here is my advice to you. Do your research first. If you want to buy fish then fine. But know what you're getting in to. I did extensive research on fish before I started keeping them. They are very fragile creatures and need to be treated as such. So either do the research and know what you're doing or you're gonna keep killing fish. And that's just not right.

  • @TheRuss70 I got rid of my clown loach and I have 6 fancy goldfish with a rubberlip pleco in a 55 gallon with monthly water changes. I also have 3 filters each rated for 300gph each, also an airpump and live plants. also hiding places and coral to keep my ph stable.

  • You must need scuba diving certification to clean the gravel =)

  • @neuparadigm eh sorta...a small child with a snorkel works too XD

  • @neuparadigm there po is too small for the tank :P

  • you goldfish selection is awesome and your aquarium is so beautiful.

  • I just saved a ill fish from my local fish shop too, although it only in a 30 litre tank at least it can get healthy then il move it in with my other 2 goldies in the bigger tank.

  • I am not a fan of tall tanks

  • @turtlelover191 Neither am I. This thing is a PIA to clean.

  • @magscat3161 I think what he means is that tall tanks are not the best for fancy goldfish not because of the cleaning, but because of the shape. Fancies prefer longer, flatter tanks versus taller ones. Water pressure increases, the taller it is, leading to an oxygen issue with less surface area permeable with oxygen molecules.

  • mags cat i know u r mad at me but i really rerally need your help my goldfish is extremely sick my water is fine but i don't know how she got it it is a lionhead and it has a red giant olcer or something and it looks kind of deep and there is whte stuff in the middle please help me. and yes i now only have 7 goldfish i got rid of 3 of them and i have 2 cory cats and a pleco thats it and i have had no knew fish for months but how could she get this. please i really need help!!!!!

  • @mikeydude319 Mikey, I'm actually a very patient but you're making my eye twitch. I'm going to e-mail you a link to the medication you need. Quarantine the fish, test your water quality twice a day, do at least a 25% water change at least once a day, and feed the fish the medicated food twice a day for no less than 14days. If water quality is not PRISTINE then NOTHING you treat the fish with is going to help. QUARANTINE MEANS THE SICK FISH IS THE ONLY ONE IN THE TANK.

  • @magscat3161 yes i know what quarantine means but i don't have a quarantine tank but i have life gaurd in hope it helps until i can get medication and i thnk she has hole in the head i am going to see if i can briing her to my pet store or if someone could come to my house and look at her and i now listen and please don't be mad at me i got more filtration on my tank and got rid of some.

  • i find it hard to beleive that people make 200-700 gallon aquariums, but i've seen ponds with that capacity. i'd know since i've been an aquarist ever since i was 18 months old.

  • @MAD2be1 Eh I guess this is what people do when they have time and money on their hands. The largest private indoor aquarium I've seen was a 500gallon acrylic tank. The owner kept a reef community but it was the only tank he had. My 200gallon is my biggest indoor set up that is actually a "tank". I'm sure I could be wrong but I don't really consider something an aquarium unless you can view at least one side in profile. If you can only view it from the top then that's really just a pond I guess.

  • what brand and type of food do u feed ur goldfish - flakes or pellets? and what brand filter do u use?

  • @emochocolateaddict I make my own fish food all from fresh, natural ingredients. I custom built the filtration system for this tank also.

  • Hotaru is awsome a light orange telescope goldfish where did you get Hotaru??

  • @petstoreguy12 He was one that I rescued from a severe neglect situation years ago. However, I see similar fish in our local fish stores around here all the time. They are not terribly uncommon here you just don't see very many with the good body type and balanced features that Hotaru has.

  • These are such beautiful fish. I currently own a Fantail goldfish, and I'm Thinking about getting a bigger tank, and another one.

  • do you think i could keep 2 in a 15 gallon tank and then move them to a 40 or 50 gallon tank later?

  • Well, atleast we all know there won't be comments on this video about the fish not having enough space or being overstocked like on other videos. lol.

Your fish look happy and healthy! You are a wonderful fish owner.

  • @kitttylove "Well, atleast we all know there won't be comments on this video about the fish not having enough space..." <---thank god

  • Very nice video and glad to see the fishes healthy.

  • How did they get sick?

  • @drumkid330 The previous owner had them crammed in a 10gallon tank with 9 other fish. There wasn't adequate space or filtration. It was basically like swimming in a sewer.

  • What kind of fish are those? I just set up a 29 gallon and have seen those at my pet store before. I love the way there fins dance :)

  • @tittleingoni Kaida, kimi, and kiyoshi are ryukins, Hotaru, is a telescope. (AKA butterfly moor or dragon eye.)

  • wow! i love your tank, im gonna get some goldfish and im wondering how much did that tank cost?? cuz i really like it!! plz answer! oh ya, and WHERE did u get it?

  • @AlicaKwinnCamn This was a custom built aquarium. It was supposed to be a long tank but the gentleman who made this for me put the "top" on the wrong side lol. As a result I got it drastically reduced from it's original price. If you bought one like this from a store you'll probably spend $1500-$2000. Check your local craigs list for large tanks. I picked up a 125gallon with stand, lights, heater, & filters for $400 last week. I would have paid at least $1200 for just the tank & stand elsewhere.

  • wow! i love your tank, im gonna get some goldfish and im wondering how much did that tank cost?? cuz i really like it!! plz answer!

  • wow if thats 200 gallons....how big are your fish? by the way they are such beautiful fish!!

  • @AnimeAnimalChick2 Honey I have goldfish the size of dinner plates lol

  • Each a living jewel, what a beautiful way if describing them, accurate too

  • hey i was wondering if i could have 6 fancy goldfish 4 cory cats and a sailfin pleco and soon to be upgrading to a 75 gallon or get another 55 and separate some for releif and my ph stays at neutral even after water changes and i tested it a day later still neutral my tank is crystal clear though and i was wondering if you could help me or would neutral be fine for the pleco and cory cats i have a heater set to 70 degrees and two airpumps. Mikey

  • they look so peaceful i love just watching them i wish i had that kind of set up for my goldfish, good job.

  • Dude! You stole my song xD haha. I was going to make an aquarium video with that tune x) haha. Well I really like your tank.

  • Needs more fish.

  • im not a fan of tall aquriums

  • @dragon2010em Neither am I. getting circulation, aeration, and filtration right is a PIA. Spoken from experience.

  • Heyo,

I asked you before about swim bladder and my Gobbles (ryukin) is still doing great! Feeding a diet of New Life Spectrum sinking pellets and boiled veggies has worked great. I have 3 ryukins in a 75G right now. I wanted to ask you about a ripped fin. My one ryukin ripped off (its a clean rip) a good portion of her tail on an ornament (which I have since removed.) It doesn't look infected. Will it heal on its own with clean water? Thanks.

  • @roany55 It should heal fine on it's own but as a precautionary measure I would raise the salinity of the tank 0.1% (that equals 1teaspoon or 5ml of salt pet gallon) This stimulate her slime coat and help build her first line of defense against any possible infection. Glad to hear Gobbles is doing well. Keep up the great work!

  • @magscat3161 I'm using a stresscoat plus water conditioner right now with aloe vera to help with the healing. I already have salt in the water :) How will I know if it isn't healing right? Wil it be red (The piece of tail is totally white because she is a red and white ryukin).

And thanks yah I'm super happy Gobbles is doing great! I love him to pieces. You should make a new video of your fishies.

  • fantastic!

  • Why were they sick and injured? I just adopted an unwanted Lion head gold fish, i love him!

  • @Antnelson13 When I got them they were very near death. Their fins had rotted off entirely, they were infested with fungus and parasites, and had open sores and infections. Kaida was actually laying on his side and couldn't move when I got him.

  • cool an beautifull aquarium an fishes !!!

  • magscat why aren't you responding to me i want to learn about fish and i am getting rid of two of mine to bring it to a total of 8 goldfish 1 gibby pleco and 4 cory cats and possibly upgrading to a 75 gallon with another aqua clear 70 with a total of 900 gallons per hour.

  • @mikeydude319 I told you before why I refrain from replying to you. I'm not going to spend hours constructing a lengthy and detailed article of information for some one whose not going to listen. I have more than 700 fish, 5 cats, a dog, several other pets, and 2 children to care for. I don't have time to waste on some one who asks for advice and then when they get it they basically say " well that's not convenient for me so I'm just going to keep doing what I've been doing."

  • Can I keep two fancy goldfish in a 20 gallon for about 8 months

  • @5647pokemon You can but it would ultimately be cheaper to house young fish with their adult needs in mind. That way you don't have to keep upgrading and buying new equipment.

  • how'd you plant the decorations? did you have to climb in?

  • @NatashaG1987 I sent a small boy in with a snorkel lol

  • @magscat3161 LMAO!!!! great tank! and a great deed :)

  • HELP ME my lionhead lucky is beating up my other fish i just fed them and I don't know if it's food aggression or terratorial do i have to get rid of him? Also my red cap oranda has a streek of red on her tail and it's like a pinkish white i know it's because she is in pain but i don't know what it is she is not showing any symptoms of any sort can u please help me?!!!!!!! Mikey

  • no i wasn't going to buy more fish i was going to put them in the 75 with all the ones i have now but i think i am getting rid of all but 7 and 5 cory cats and a gibby pleco it is a real tough dessison but it has to be done for the health of my fish and if i upgrade to a 75 gallon at least they will be happier than they are now and i think i am going to get two more aqua clear 70 and have a total of 1200 gallons per hour with weekly ehim quick vac pro (takes no water out only fish waste) and mon

  • @mikeydude319 thly 25-30% water changes would that be a good home and then the 40 gallon for the angel fish with an aqua clear 70 on it and some live plants ph buffer and ph test kit with weekly tests for ph does that sound good and for the goldfish adding no more with the 7 goldfish all fancy 5 corys and pleco would that be good.

  • ok and with all my fish in the tank right now will a 75 be a good size for all of them and about the 40 gallon with the angel fish do u think i would be capable of keeping them or should i wait until i get more advanced and learn a lot more. how are your fish in the 200 gallon tank how big are they!!!!! =))))) ^_^

  • @mikeydude319 You need to STOP buying fish. If you can maintain the ones you have for a few years then consider getting more. These are live animals...not toys. I wouldn't put more than 5 goldfish in a 75gallon tank and it would have to be a really well filtered tank. Kiyoshi is the only one still alive and is 8inches long. Kaida was 10yrs old when he died of cancer Kimi was 12years old and I could not determine her cause of death through necropsy. I assume old age just got the better of her.

  • I have a 3 gallon fish tank and one black Moore I have tried to have other fish in the tank to but always only one will survive I constantly change water in my tank and have a filter message me if I need to do something differently to help them stay alive thankyou!!!!

  • @TheGgamer21 An adult fancy goldfish ranges anywhere between 6-10inches long and needs 20-30gallons of water per fish. A 3 gallon tank is not big enough for 1 goldfish to thrive in. (there is a difference between surviving and thriving) If you want to keep more goldfish and if you want your current fish to live out it's natural life span (8-10 years) then you need a much larger tank to begin with. Keeping goldfish properly is not a simple hobby but it is a very rewarding one.

  • @magscat3161 Sry I ment a 30 gallon :S

  • @TheGgamer21 How much filtration are you running on the tank? When you say "constantly change the water" are you changing ALL of it and disrupting the life cycle of your beneficial bacteria? Do you quarantine new fish before adding them to the same environment as your healthy fish?

  • do u have any extra 75 gallon fish tanks that you could sell to me for like 50 dollars and shipping to i really need it and if you do and r selling it for that cheap my mom can't say no to that. i will let you know if u say yes and my mom says no then i will let you know just i need a 75 gallon tank if anyone has one message me.=))))

  • @mikeydude319 I do not have nor do I know of any one personally that has a 75gallon tank for sale. Try checking your local craigs list

  • Im new on this and this is my 3rd fish the 2 first ones i got them at the feria and they died in less than a week after that i buy "telecopio" and he survive to my tank failure like 3 months ago When the nitrite levels rise up to the top and after a lot of water changes and products added just preffer start again so i buy a new tank .. Ill try to make a video response later so u can see him tksssss again!

  • Tks !!!! I have a 10gal and he is the only fish, this tank is like 3 months old the nitrate 20 nitrite 0 hardness 25 chlorine 0 alkalinity 40 ( thats low) ph 6.8 i make a 10% water change every week and add just the water conditioner. The fish (telecopio :) ) seems to swims a lil on his side since i buy it but now is bad :( mostly at night during the day not that much. Thanks , ill do anything for help him.

  • @dayipeke You're welcome dear. Try changing the water more often. nitrate levels of 20ppm is a little high. Try getting them down to 10 or lower and see if he improves. It is good that he is the only fish in the tank but certainly don't get any more fish. He will out grow that tank in a year or so.

  • @magscat3161 tks a lot i'll tel u know if gets better after a while with more water changes! :)

  • @dayipeke Good luck dear. I hope he does get better for you!

  • Hi, i have a Black moore goldfish and he is having problems swiming looks like is hard for him stay at the bottom instead he goes to the surfease and stay there also When swims his head is pointing to de bottom but his tail is like pulling him out ... Ahh he loves the intake tube of the filter , spend the most Part of the time there

  • @dayipeke How big is the tank? how many fish are in the tank? Do you know what the ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph levels of the tank are?

The behavior you describe is common of fish exposed to poor water quality.

  • Very nice! Do you still have them? I would love to see what they look like now.

  • Wow that's nice and tall!

  • HOLY CRAP NOW HIS EYE IS BLEEDING HELP ME PLEASE IM LIKE CRYING THIS IS GOING TO BE LIKE MY 5TH BLACK MOOR THAT DIED ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • HELP ME MY BLACK MOOR HOPPED OUT OF THE NET AND FELL ON THE FLOOR AND HIS EYE SOCET POPPED WHAT DO I DO I CLEANED THE FISH TANK REALLY GOOD TO HELP HIM AND CHANGED MY CARBON IN MY FILTER AND PUT AQUARIUM SALT IN WILL HE GET BETTER OR DIE GET BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @mikeydude319 Calm down sweetie. I'm going to try to help you via personal msg there's not enough space here.

  • If it was me, I would have gotten a 200 gallon long aquarium rather than tall...this one doesn't look much wider than a 30-40 gallon.

  • @eurasianchica if you look at the pic at the end of the video where my brother-in-law is knealing next to the tank you can really get an appreciation for just how stupidly huge this tank is. And I did order the tank as a long but the builder screwed it up. I was just making the best of what I had gotten screwed with.

  • @magscat3161 aw that must have sucked :( well the goldfish must enjoy it, anyway...

  • Wow that tank is amazing. I want one that big when I moved to a bigger house lol!

  • how are you going to lean this aquarium? like the bottom?

  • @aquariumguy2010 clean**

  • @aquariumguy2010 I use a python pond vac. I fully believe in working smarter not harder. The tank is understocked and over filtered so that it stays fairly clean anyway. really it only requires small water changes once a week and it's good to go.

  • @magscat3161 Having extra filtration is a very smart move. Most peoples tanks do not have proper filtration. I like your tank. Hey it would be cool if you had some bubbles at the bottome of the tank, going to the top lol

  • Hey if I had all the money in the world I'd do this for my one tiny betta. Lol. Or my brothers gigantic goldfish that don't have enough room anymore. They're literally like 3 times the size of these in the video. Monsters.

  • you are the fish master !!!!

  • PLEASE HELP ME IT"S AN EMERGENCY MY GOLDFISH WAS STUCK ON THE FILTER AND HIS FACE IS INDENTED!!!!!!!!!!!!! it's a two year old red ryukin now like all of his scales r gone and he's floating on his side still alive wiggling every now and then but that's it my best petshop was closed so i called petsmart and they said put him in a bucket with water and an air pump thats what i did help me please hurry and his fins r red a little bit it's fins r looking better but he isn't ;((((((( HELP ASAP!!!!!!

  • @mikeydude319 nevermind he died the next day =(((((((((

  • Finally someone who gets how to properly take care of goldfishes. All the kudos in the world!

  • Very beautiful, but just Goldfish? seems like a little much, but still very nice

  • I love your beautiful tank! those goldies are gonna get big!! I have 5 goldfish in a ten gallon,(b/c I live in a small apartment) Kimi looks just like one of mine....

  • @Snailmale152 I hate to tell you this but your tank needs to be at least five times larger. It may not look it, but goldfish need a bare minimum of 10 gallons per fish.

  • @DOSW

I hate to tell you this too but It really depends on your filtration system! I have a new tank (75 G) and they are still the same too.

  • what is the song called? and beautiful tank by the way!

  • @mytoeiscold1 Fur Elise by Ludwig Van Beethoven.

  • wow 200 gallons and you chose goldfish i would have at least chosen cichilds lmao

  • @umarthebeast

Gold fish get BIG and need a lot of room. I personally do not see anything wrong with giving fish room to grow, not to mention goldfish have a high bio-load and need large tanks to be healthy.

  • @mangoliouskiwi yea true but if i had a tank that huge i would personally put more interesting fish in the tank but hey we all have different tastes in fish and i do think he has a decent amount of fish in there.

plz excuse my sentence erorrs lol

  • whats a hospital aquarium??

  • @loveandmathematics99 It's an aquarium set up by design to treat fish that are sick or injured. It has no substrate, more advanced filtration, padded intakes, and special lighting to insure the most optimal conditions for the animal to recover in.

  • Have you ever thought about having more fish? Or adding shelves to your aquarium where you can sit decorations like house and rocks? But anyway you tank is beautiful!

  • @tinkerbrittany Thank you but the tank doesn't need more fish. It's perfectly balanced the way it is which makes it much easier to maintain.

  • I think ur tank is very tall instead should be wider...i look nice...and it also provides space to the fish for swimming

  • what the hell man? u have only 4 fishes in a 200 gallon aquarium? they must be fuckin happy!! so much space for them!

  • that is a beautiful tank im sure they love their environment

  • Your tank is beautiful. They say : less is more, and its true what they say.

Are the plants of plastic or are they real?

  • @piarnoable The plant in the video were plastic but it was later planted with water lilies ans a few other species of pond plants.

  • i wish i had the money for a tank like that my beta deserves more room even though they dont take up much room at all

  • You should make your goldfishie superstars!!! :D they're pretty *LIKES*

  • OVERCROWDED!! JK

  • i think they need more buddies, cuz they look loneley

  • i love it my friend wish i had the money for a tank to do that

  • Their names are japanese? =D

  • @karishadow6 Yes. the meanings of their names are suited to each of their personalities.

  • @magscat3161 kimi... you mean YOU? how was that suited?

  • I wouldn't mind being a goldfish if I could live in that!

  • this tank looks more like the 100 gallon i have

  • Very impressive.. standing ovation.

  • wow

  • Almost too spoiled... >.>

  • @NavyGod777 Almost ^_^
