I just had one done today! 4 needles in one side 3 in the other!! Hopefully 3rd times a charm!! Didn't get anesthetic! Now result waiting time!! thanks for your video!

Having my first FNA biopsy tomorrow. I'm a bit nervous, but your video makes it sound so doable.

I'm getting one done in two weeks. 1 Year ago they found a nodule they just did another ultrasound a week ago and its grew bigger. There is also a new nodule growing around it. Very scared. Cancer runs in my family so bad.

I had one today (4 needles) without numbing....It was HORRIBLY painful. They did use an ultrasound though.

@seeulkn Thank you for sharing! I had many 4 FNAs over the years and I've never been brave enough to have one without the numbing! How are you feeling now? Sore?

If sonogram is not used the needle could penetrate the blood vessel or trachea; also the doppler color flow must be used for best result.
