The footage was taken with a teleview camera. The orbs are actally ice particles that were magnified by the mirror in the camera.

Ice particles don't phase in and out of existence or speed up and slow down and make high speed turns, these objects do. As for seemingly erratic movement, have you ever had a cold beer in a humid climate? I know I for one cannot easily predict when the condensation starts to move and why it doesn't go straight down.
