@DEZZIS51 Ooh Poo Pah Doo was done by several artists - rufus thomas, wilson pickett and mitch ryder among them. but the original, the first to hit the charts? who knows? ike and tina turner did a fine funky live version in ghana. the shirelles did a version with king curtis, the kingsmen did another, as did taj mahal, etta james and jessie hill. popular song, dude.
