Few questions....how much weight are they pulling and how much torque are these diesels pushing out?

@vaultsoferowid This is in Quebec. In Ontario, The Max weight allowed is 140,000# Gross. It's probably close to the same.

A stock big CAT (C-16 or 3406) will put out around 2050 + FT-lbs of torque. With simple mods, additional gains will net 200+ HP & 500 ftlb's. Seeing that these are very modified diesels, my guess would be around close to 1000+HP & 2800ftlb's+.

I'm just guessing so no hate'n!

@dern881 Do yourself a favor if you can attempt to one of these events next summer. It well worths the trip here. Standing just couple feet away from the track when these rigs pass in front of you is like being the 1st car at railroad crossing when the locomotive cross the street... you feel it in your chest.
