Considering how that Super Arts removes your ability to block, its still balanced. Hell, I think this SA is WAY too risky, but these guys hesitate too much. Read : SHE CAN'T BLOCK FOR GOD'S SAKE. No matter how good at parrying you are, you can't predict them all. Which is why it pains me to see them hesitate, and sometimes they just bring more mind game to them, killing them more.

It is a bit stupid that she can kill Ibuki in like 4 hits, but I think it's more a demonstration of how underpowered Ibuki is rather than how overpowered Makoto is as some seem to think.

I think any character is easy to beat if you know how to play them. Isn't that just common sense?

You wouldn't think Makoto is overpowered if you actually played her. Yes, she's fast and damaging with the best mixup arsenal in the game, but she also takes enormous damage (look at Kokujin's "revenge" match against J), and her moves take very quick judgment and leave her wide open if blocked. Play Makoto against a good Hugo, Dudley, Oro or Chun-Li and you'll see how tough she is to play. It takes extreme skill to play Makoto as Boss does here, especially with Tanden Renki.
