If you used a guitar amp as the speaker, just plug it in.

But I'm guessing you built it with a regular speaker, and you can't connect that straight to the guitar without something to power it.

If your guitar amp has a phones/output jack plug your speaker into that. You may need a 3mm to 1/4 inch adapter to get the plug in there.
