15 years on, Sponge are still one of my favourite bands. I don't know anyone in the UK who's heard of them, such a shame.

@FreerangeBeanIi know what you mean,I live in the U.S and its the same here.From what i understand the album "only" sold just over 1 million copies,i think these guys just got lost in the sea of grunge that was going on at the time.It is a shame too,such a powerful album from guitar players who didnt just use power chords.

@FreerangeBean Yea this is one of my fav bands and they are very underrated.
They should be as famous as Nirvana. At least thats my opinion.
