The pistol didn't do me much good when they clumped together and swarmed me.

I just know that I wouldn't have made it through without the shotgun and the sniper rifle.

That is just me though and frankly, shooters are not my best subject.

when they're all clumped together, just shoot 1 in the head, then rush up and punch!  It knocks the hell out of anyone around the guy you punch, and then you have pleanty of time to run off, get some distance and start picking them off!
