Sure, we can lose a nuke or two because we've upgraded our missiles/warheads and found ways around the START treaty, so our missiles and warheads are even more accurate, faster, and larger than before the treaty. We need less of them, where as Russia's arsenal is dying, aging, not being upgraded.

Russia only has 385 operational ICBM's. The Topol-M that you Russians keep talking about is only a single warhead missile and you only have about 40 of them right now. That's not very good.

The RS-24 is still being tested and hasn't even been deployed yet, plus it takes a while to replace missiles.

Russia's nuclear arsenal is awful.
