Piloted it a couple of years ago from FAPE down the Southern Cape coast. 31 degrees, no wind 9999 vis. Just perfect. Still have some pics somewhere. Having flown most of my life at altitude in Johannesburg, the performance of a 172 at sea level was amazing.
zsifk, yup it sure is ZS-MBP although she has been recently refurbished and now has a decent radio stack.
