@paintba114life321 Its actually better for you back than a bodybuilding style bench set up, gives great support throughout the entire body, as you press down wuth your legs whilst having them as far up the bench as as wide as possible to give maximum stablity and you need to tense your glutes and abs tight, the arch is WAAAY better for you, you also need to scrunch your traps back and down into the bench, helps support the lift and keep your back strong, you should try benching like this.

Theres a big difference between a handfull of dodgey reps with 200kg and challenging guys like Mendellson and Kennelly......
