  • Ooops I meant fourth lesson sorry !

  • @xoxoWOWxoxo hahaha its fine! we are about the same area in that then hahaha and they horse i was riding i can't ride now cuz she is pregnant and has reached the stage of don't touch me lol

  • Sitting the trot is hard :x ! My trainer knows I hate it very much but I tell her to keep making me do it because I know I have to. I always get a scared that I'm going to just bounce right up out of my seat. I am improving but still I think I will always hate it haha :D . This is pretty good for your first lesson tho ! :]

  • @xoxoWOWxoxo

The key to the sitting trot is to go with the horse's motion. If you brace against it, it jars not only you, but your horse as well. If you loosen up your back muscles and allows your pelvis to follow the motion of the horse, it will be MUCH easier.

  • i kno sitting trot hurts! lol. how come u have no striups. ok now i see ur helmet is white! but why dont u have strrriups?

  • @zootycoon2freakgirl yup my helmet is white! but we are mostly working on my balence so i wasn't using the irons now i found out my iron leathers are to short for me. so hence im kinda still riding without them. also we were working on letting my but just sink into the seat and connect to it. to i won't fly out of the seat. it work btw now i can sit bella's slow trot.
