guys i noticed that no settings being used for the amount of expansion (only operator feel) applied if that plate was drilled on a radial machine there will be stress all over the plate which will result in a bent tube plate
I wonder If you could rig up a five axis robot arm to do these sort of repetitive jobs automatically?

our roll motors have torque settings. yes they are airetool (good stuff!). I think radiator shops use electric drills.
