The reason why it says Juggernaut Soda, Sleight of Hand Soda, and Revive! Soda is because those are the real labels. If you look in the case in the starting room at Kino Der Toten near the Quick Revive machine, there are perks in there. The names on these labels are the names on those labels. Either Treyarch messed up, or those were going to be the perk names back in Verruckt, but they renamed them and didn't fix the labels.
