@FredSk8PrO Merci beaucoup Fred , ça fait deux ans que je m'entraine . Au début comme tous le monde je pense, c'est la répétition de chaque mouvements pour les maitriser "parfaitement", ensuite j'ai commencé a chercher des enchainements et chaque fois que j'en trouve un, je le répète jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient maitrisés au mieux, je m'amuse aussi à traverser un spot instinctivement, sans définir chaque mouvements ( c'est Teg qui m'a conseillé de faire ça pour améliorer ma capacité d'adaptation ).

En tous cas ça me fais plaisir que tu me dises tous ça , j'aime beaucoup tes vidéos et tes entrainements, tu as un controle incroyable = )
